sorry peoples ><.. been away for a week or so

So I started a new job last week its not been easy to get on a computer T_T I have a good laptop in my room, but the internet connection there is horrible I pay 45 bucks a month for it not to work... ever >< i dono what to do really so mostly i steal time at work to do this, problem is i nolonger am doing a desk job. However there is an office I go to on the weekends to account for the weeks stuff (can’t tell you what I do id go to jail loll >_< well ill draw something tonight and fight the wireless hell to submit it thanks for sticking with me!

i know this is a bit over-do, im sorry ive been busy heh. Was working setting up friendship day, it was an event that i enjoyed very much ^-^. it involves us opening up the base to 400,000 people the majority of them Japanese, for a huge day of activities and the Japanese version of the Blue angels jets for an air stunt show. this is quite a sight to see, not so much the air show how ever impressive the tricks are I work on an air base, I see jets alot >< but the people. there an amazing bunch, always so friendly and easy to make smile and laugh. even the yakuza, where joking and taking pictures with me. allot of the girls love the uniform and seem to really enjoy taking my cover (hat) and getting there picture with me. sadly I did not bring a camera my self but I will attempt to acquire some pictures and post them. well im pressed for time as of now so best of luck thanks for reading

Another day here has started, and all I can think about was last night’s movie! It was the 1st time in months I got to see a current movie and it was Spiderman 3, the premier here! I might be behind on the times it takes movies that are in English some time to get here im told. The movie had some really awesome parts, Warning fan art may ensue. I never had an interest in Spiderman really, but after seeing that movie I really like it. Threes a few parts where it affects his physic and make him in to a total bad ass! Peater parker that is. I wish it had gone on longer he gives people what they deserve with out conviction, and does things for him self for once. Some people called it to evil I called it justified.

My laptop crashed last night, T__T 1500$+ and only 3 months old, I had to re-Image the hard drive. This really sucked, BUT Spiderman 3 is premiering tonight out in town. It takes a bit to get here in Japan, and it’s in English so im excited! I miss home alot and seeing movies really brings me back to the days at Sony with my friends, we used to go alot lol. my friend rob would always sit in the middle lol and sing this dumbass song from talking bags about vandango... you know things like that you really miss sometimes. I lost everyone’s number when i got down here so I don’t know how to get them again. but im gonna try and call those guys sooner or later. Well ill work on some of that drawing over lunch on my work computer god knows I won’t be doing work.

well the weekend has passed and my journal entry time, or as some call it here "work" is now im progress. The weekend was filled with semi-good times. and some bad ones at the end, for some reason the motto around my barracks seems to be for any occasion possible to happen we should throw a BBQ and get drunk. Now this is all fun and good for the 1st few times but after a while it gets old. for example, this weekend they had 3 on Friday it was for some one leavening. on sat, it was for some one who was taking a final exam and on Sunday it was because some one bought her favorite CD and just wanted to blast it all day.... yeah, so most of them involve people pissing away a paycheck or to over the weekend buying cases of beer and meets, this is not a bad thing if your there for a free meal and a quick buzz but it gets old. It seems here no madder how many stupid things are done drunk or not as long as it’s on base people turn a blind eye. This is a good relief also considering 90% of the marines here consider a day wasted if something does not brake, blow up or get shot. I went to Tokyo also over the weekend it’s a VERY nice time, when you get to go. Things there blow your mind and the food it out of this world. Anyway will write more later this time sooner.
